The goal of the people in the interaction was to make fries that would be edible.

12:18pm – starts cutting the potatoes
12:20pm – adds vegetable oil
1:00pm – finished frying the first plate of fries
1:10pm – start frying the second plate of potatoes
1:25pm – finished frying the second plate of fries
1:40pm – finished frying the third plate

6. What works smoothly? What breaks down? Why?

WORKED SMOOTHLY

BROKE DOWN

Cutting the potatoes with a knife

Peeling potatoes with the peeler

Co-operation with the members

Result of most of the fries

Too much oil

Put too many potatoes in the pan with too many oil in the small pan

Thickness of the fries

Steel pot made the fries stick to the bottom
